The payment of this optional surcharge does not discharge the Customer from other responsibilities (breakage or malfunction of the vehicle key, accident to the driver); weather events and breakage or malfunction of the vehicle key are excluded from coverage.
Additional Infos on the Rental
It is strictly forbidden to drive the hired vehicle under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive drugs and to allow driving the car anyone who does not hold a valid driver’s licence or who’s not the 2nd driver by contract allowed. In case of violation of one of these condition the Client will have to pay the total amount of the damages to the hired car even if the facultative surcharged has been payed.
