It is difficult to arrange rentals from afar sometimes but the staff of TWN Rent made the process smooth and transparent, and accommodated my special request for an automatic car. There were no surprises and everything went according to plan. The staff was also pro-active in explaining some basics of Elba island, including recommending good restaurants across the island.
