The payment of this optional surcharge does not discharge the Customer from other responsibilities (theft, fire, accident to the driver) ; weather events and breakage or malfunction of the vehicle key are excluded from coverage.
In case of dangerous driving, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or without a suitable driving license, the payment of the additional sum will not discharge the customer from the payment of all damages. The vehicle must also be driven by the customer or by another authorized guide from Twn Rent.
